Oracle’s two towers developed by Niecon was the largest and most expensive single residential development project undertaken in Australia at the time. The competition was fierce to be awarded “Preferred Supplier” status, to have the right to furniture the 590 apartments for the owners personal use or those going into Peppers letting pool. Noble House was awarded the contract after 18 months consultation and still furnishing apartments currently after over 400 installations for happy owners.
